Invite your team

On a paid plan, invite people to help run your assistant. Everyone has their own login.

Seats include you: Free 1 seat, Starter 3 seats, Pro 10 seats, Business 25 seats. Pending invites use a seat. See Plans and limits.

Invite someone

1. Go to Settings, then Team.
2. Enter their email, pick Admin or Editor, and click Send invite.

They get an email called "You've been invited to (your business) on Ansa". The link works once, for 7 days. They must sign in with the email you invited and confirm it if asked (Google sign-in counts as confirmed).

To send a fresh link or cancel, use Resend or Revoke under Pending invites.

Team roles

Roles apply to every assistant in the workspace.

• Owner: everything, including billing, the plan and deleting the workspace. There's one owner and they can't be removed.
• Admin: everything except billing, the plan and deleting the workspace.
• Editor: knowledge, Q&A, welcome message, instructions, suggested questions, conversations, usage and the test chat. Editors can't publish, change branding or allowed websites, connect WhatsApp or Slack, add or delete assistants, or manage the team.

Change a team member's role or remove them

Owners and admins can change anyone except the owner between Admin and Editor, or remove them. Removed people lose access, including AI tools they connected, straight away. Their own Ansa account stays.

Leave or switch workspaces

To leave a workspace you were invited to, go to Settings and choose Leave. Owners can't leave, but can delete the workspace.

To switch workspaces, click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.

Too many team members on a smaller plan

Nobody is removed, but you can't invite anyone until you upgrade or remove someone.
