Set up Ansa in 10 minutes

1. Create your account

1. Go to ansa.chat/signup. Click Continue with Google, or use your email and a password. No card needed.
2. Type your business name and click Continue.

2. Let Ansa read your website

1. Type your website address, for example yourbusiness.com.
2. Click Read my website. It takes a minute or two, or click Explore while it reads.

No website? Click Skip, I’ll add documents, then Upload a document (a price list, menu or FAQ as a PDF or Word file) or Type your top questions.

3. Test your assistant

Click Test your assistant and ask what customers ask you most. See Test Ansa before you publish.

4. Make it yours

In Appearance, set the name, welcome message, colour and contact link. See Customise your assistant.

5. Switch it on

1. In Deploy, turn on Publish.
2. Add the chat bubble to your website or share your chat link. See Add Ansa to any website and Share your chat link.
