What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
You are never charged extra. We warn you when you have used 80% of your answers. If you reach 100%, your assistant politely tells visitors it is unavailable and shows them how to contact you, until the next month starts or you move to a bigger plan.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 20 answers a month to try Ansa on your own website, with no card needed. Paid plans start at $25 a month.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Usage & plan → Manage billing. There are no contracts. You keep your paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free; your assistant and data stay. If you delete your account, any subscription is cancelled straight away and your sources, conversations and files are deleted too.
