Sign in with Google, with email and a password, or both.
Sign in with Google
On the sign-in or sign-up page, click Continue with Google.
Confirm your email
After signing up with email, click the link we send you. You can set up meanwhile. No email? Check spam, or click Resend in the note at the top of the dashboard. Confirming also keeps your password working if you later sign in with Google using the same address.
Connect Google to an existing account
- Sign in with your email and password.
- In Settings, find Connected sign-in methods.
- Click Connect Google.
To remove Google, click Disconnect. You need another way to sign in first.
Change your password
In Settings, click Change password, or click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we'll email a reset link. Google-only accounts have no Ansa password.
Sign out on every device
In Settings, under Signed in, click Sign out all devices next to Sign out everywhere, and confirm.
- Every device is signed out within a minute, including this one.
- Connected AI tools are disconnected. See Connect Ansa to AI tools.
- Your assistant keeps working for visitors.
If someone might know your password, change it too.
Common sign-in problems

"Your browser blocked the Google window" Allow pop-ups for ansa.chat and try again.
"The Google window closed before sign-in finished" Click Continue with Google again.
"Your browser is blocking the storage sign-in needs" Use a normal (not private) window, or allow cookies for ansa.chat.
"That Google account is already used by another Ansa account" Each Google account belongs to one Ansa account. Use a different Google account, or sign in with that one to reach the other workspace.
