Fix a wrong or outdated answer
Fix a wrong or outdated Ansa answer: find which source it came from, correct or remove it, and add a Q&A pair so it's right next time.
Last updated
1. Find the source behind the answer
- Open Conversations and click the chat.
- Under the answer, click a source in Sources used.
2. Fix the source
- Text snippet or Q&A pair: click the pencil icon, correct it, click Save changes.
- Document: delete it and upload the new version.
- Website page: update your site, then in Knowledge open the website and click Read again. See Add your website.
- No longer needed: delete the source.
3. Add a Q&A pair for answers that must be exact
For prices, fees or opening hours, add a Q&A pair. Ansa gives it word for word, ahead of other sources. In the conversation, click thumbs down on the reply, then Add this answer.
4. Test the fix
Ask the same question in the test chat on your Command centre.
Why did Ansa mix up two facts?
Two sources disagree, such as an old price list and your website. Delete the old one.
