Delete your data or your account

Delete a single source

1. Open Knowledge.
2. In the Source library, click the bin icon next to the source.
3. Click Delete.

Ansa stops using it and deletes its text and file. You can add it again later.

Delete your whole workspace and account

If you only want to stop paying, cancel your plan instead.

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Danger zone, click Delete workspace and all data.
3. Type your workspace name.
4. Click Delete forever.

Your assistant, knowledge, conversations, settings and account are deleted, and your assistant stops working everywhere. Any paid plan ends and you won't be charged again (Refunds). This can't be undone.
