Add Q&A pairs for exact answers

Add a Q&A pair

1. Open Knowledge and choose the Q&A pair tab.
2. Type the Question as a customer would ask it, for example "Do you deliver to Abuja?".
3. Type the Answer and click Save answer.

When a visitor asks something close to your question, Ansa gives this exact answer, ahead of your website. Use Q&A pairs for prices, deposits and cancellation rules.

Add a Q&A pair from a conversation

In Conversations, click Add this answer next to an unanswered question. See Fill the gaps from unanswered questions.

Tips for Q&A pairs

• One question per pair. Add another pair for a very different wording ("Is shipping free?").
• Write the full answer. Ansa adds nothing to it.
• To edit, click the pencil icon in the Source library, then Save changes.
