The first reply after a quiet spell can take a few extra seconds. Later replies are faster. This is normal.
Reading your website takes a minute or two
Most websites take a minute or two to read; large ones a few minutes. You can leave the page while it works.
"You're sending messages a little fast"
If someone sends lots of messages very quickly, Ansa asks them to wait a few seconds and shows when they can try again. This protects your monthly answers.
