Fill the gaps from unanswered questions
Fill the gaps in Ansa's knowledge: see every customer question it couldn't answer, and teach it the answer in one step with a Q&A pair.

Answer unanswered questions
- In Conversations, choose the Unanswered questions tab.
- Click Add this answer next to a question (or View chat to see the conversation first).
- Edit the question if needed, write the Answer and click Save answer.
Ansa saves it as a Q&A pair and uses it next time. Check once or twice a week.
In All conversations, the Needs attention filter shows chats marked Unanswered.
Fix answers customers didn't like
In a conversation, click thumbs down on a reply, then Add this answer. Replies marked Not in your sources are ones Ansa couldn't answer.
