What happens when a customer asks a question
- Ansa finds the relevant parts of your knowledge.
- It sends them with the question to an AI model provider in the European Union, which writes the answer.
- Our contracts don't let the provider train on this. It may keep requests briefly, only to prevent abuse.
- Your customer gets the answer, and the conversation is saved in your dashboard.
Other businesses never see your information
Your knowledge is kept separate. Only your assistant answers from it.
Instructions hidden in content are ignored
Ansa treats your pages, documents and visitors' messages as information, never as instructions, so a visitor can't talk it into breaking its rules or making things up.
