Lock your chat to your own website so nobody else can copy your code and use up your monthly answers.
Add your website to the allowed list
- In Deploy, find Where the bubble may appear.
- Type your domain, for example
yourshop.com, and click Add. Addwww.yourshop.comtoo if you use it, plus any subdomains (shop.yourshop.com) or test sites. - Click Save websites.
Your chat now opens only on those websites. Your chat link always works.
Remove a website from the list
Click × next to it, then Save websites. With an empty list, any website can show your chat bubble.
Testing in CodePen or similar?
The chat won't open there once you've added your domains. Test on your real website.
